Not to mention I had to factor in the sheer complexity of the project which included excavating my entire lower level to build out a complete master suite, family room, and rooftop deck on the lower level. “We worked with Daaron Builders on the remodel of the ground floor of a single family residence in San Francisco. As part of the remodel, the existing ground floor was lowered, which required replacing the foundations. During construction, it was discovered that the permitted structural drawings for the foundation replacement were not going to work with the neighboring building’s brick foundations. Daaron Builders worked with us to come up with an efficient and cost effective structural solution to provide the home owner with the floor-to-ceiling heights they wanted while maintaining the integrity of the neighbor’s foundations.
Mark was easy to communicate with, and he always called me with questions regarding the construction of structural elements. As a structural engineer, I appreciated working with the Daaron Builders team because I had confidence that the end product was a safe building constructed to my specifications.”
