We worked with Michael and Mark on an addition to the garage level of our house, and they were excellent to work with. It involved a lot of excavation into the back hillside (through an atmospheric river winter season no less!). We lived in the house through the project, and they were neat with their tools and cleaning up after the day. Their whole team was friendly and safety conscious. We had a couple of setbacks with appliances and schedule changes, but Mark was always persistent in helping solve the problem with vendors and communicating with us. As part of the remodel, the existing ground floor was lowered, which required replacing the foundations. During construction, it was discovered that the permitted structural drawings for the foundation replacement were not going to work with the neighboring building’s brick foundations. Daaron Builders worked with us to come up with an efficient and cost effective structural solution to provide the home owner with the floor-to-ceiling heights they wanted while maintaining the integrity of the neighbor’s foundations.
