SEISMIC UPGRADES
We upgrade structural components such as foundations, connectors, shear walls and moment frames to strengthen an existing structure. This process allows the structure to meet all current building codes for resisting stresses and possible damages in the event of seismic activity.
REMODELING & NEW CONSTRUCTION

POST-CONSTRUCTION
At the close of a project, we provide warranty information, product specifications and maintenance schedules to ensure ongoing function and durability of all work and materials. We maintain a close relationship with our clients and provide continued support even after a project has been completed.
